Will Bratz be available for Christmas?

Has anyone heard what is going on with the Bratz law suit?I have ton's of Bratz that I sell on Ebay and don't know wether or not I should keep them for my kids and grandkids for collector's items. They are all new in sealed boxes. If you have any ideas please let me know as I am confused as to what is going to happen to the whole Bratz line. What will we do without Sasha, Cloe,Yasmin, and Lil Bratz. This is my Ebay store.
